Terrence & Beth Martin are a couple makes a living by skimming donations in the name of charititable work in the Philippines.
Our investigations have shown that Charities must limit administration fees to 10% of the Income.
Going by the luxury lifestyle, House and Motor Vehicles, it is obvious that either 100,s of million as are being donated or Terrence & Beth are keeping far more than the legal amount as administration fees,
Which brings us to the question.
Is the Terrence-Beth Martin Giving Hope Inc organization legal.
Yes, The Organization is registered with the DSWD, [DSWD-FOVII-L-00004-2019] .however, It is NOT registered with either the SEC or BIR.
These are requirements BEFORE ANY FUNDS CAN BE ACCEPTED.
The SEC Registration is required so that funds can be audited and even though it may be a Charity, it needs to be Registered with the BIR as they (unless exmpted) must pay a 12% Income tax.
So in Summary
IS THE TERRENCE-BETH MARTIN GIVING HOPE INC LEGAL?
